We are flexible and open to discussion about working hours and hybrid working, however, a minimum of 2 days per week is expected in the office, so candidates should be Highland based within commuting distance of Inverness.

• A genuine passion for advocacy, social justice and human rights

Experience in independent advocacy is preferred but not essential.
