Advocacy Highland is a leading Highland-wide voluntary organisation, providing person-centred advocacy for people with a wide range of complex support needs. We are an organisation driven by strong values and a firm commitment to choice, dignity and social inclusion.
We are seeking someone with excellent communications skills, to provide independent advocacy in Ross & Cromarty. The post is 5 hours per week and you will be working from your own home and required to work flexibly using your own initiative.
It is essential that you have good people skills and are committed to upholding the rights of people who are marginalized by society. It would be beneficial if you have sound knowledge of advocacy and an understanding of the circumstances, which can lead to people needing advocacy support.
Post holders must possess a full driving license and have access to personal transport. Applicants will be subject to satisfactory PVG Disclosure Scotland check.
Salary: £2,860.00 (5 hours per week)
