Achieving this accreditation confirms our long\u2011term commitment to supporting staff and volunteers, embedding our values, and continuously improving how we work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The assessment included an independent staff survey with an exceptionally high response rate, alongside confidential interviews and review of our leadership, governance, performance management and wellbeing practices. Feedback highlighted the strength of trust across the organisation, high levels of engagement, and the positive impact of our approach on service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This recognition reflects the dedication, professionalism and compassion of everyone involved with Advocacy Highland; our staff, volunteers, Board members and partners.\u00a0 It reinforces our commitment to delivering high\u2011quality independent advocacy for people across the Highlands.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Philippa Cliff, chairperson commented \u201cI am incredibly proud that we have achieved\u00a0the Platinum Investors in People accreditation.\u00a0 This prestigious award reflects the unwavering dedication, professionalism, and passion of every member of our team.
